Baked Custard

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 C skim milk
  • Liquid sugar substitute to equal 1/3 C sugar2 t vanilla extract
  • 2 t vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Lightly beat eggs in a small bowl; add milk, sugar substitute, and vanilla, and beat well.


  2. Pour mixture evenly into 5 (6 oz.) custard cups, and place cups in a baking pan containing 1-inch hot water. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cove4 and chill thoroughly.
