Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 C skim milk
- Liquid sugar substitute to equal 1/3 C sugar2 t vanilla extract
- 2 t vanilla extract
Preparation
- Lightly beat eggs in a small bowl; add milk, sugar substitute, and vanilla, and beat well.
- Pour mixture evenly into 5 (6 oz.) custard cups, and place cups in a baking pan containing 1-inch hot water. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cove4 and chill thoroughly.
